WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DOES APLUS LABS COLLECT FROM ME AND WHAT DOES APLUSLABS DO WITH IT?
Aplus Labs collects information you enter to create an account with     us and use the Services, such as a valid mailing address, email address     and password (“Registration Data”). We may use Registration Data to identify     you as an authorized user, provide and improve the Services, customize     your user experience, secure your account and prevent fraud. We also may     use your email address to communicate with you about the Services. For     example, we may, with your permission, message you to let you know about     new releases, patches and other updates to the Services.WE DO NOT SHAREREGISTRATION DATA OR THE CONTENT, WITH ANY THIRD PARTY, except for disclosuresto third parties as set forth below (e.g. disclosures to third party servicescompanies who help us host, operate, maintain and develop the Software orServices, to an acquirer of our assets, and if compelled by law, subpoena, orother legal process or if necessary to enforce the Terms). The exceptions are:   We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate      the Software (e.g. hosting, maintenance, analysis, audit, marketing and      development) or provide portions of the Services. These third parties      have limited access to your Personal Information (defined below) and use      it only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated to us not to      disclose or use it for other purposes, but if they provide a portion of      the Services they may have access to the Content;  If we were to sell some or all of our assets to another company in      connection with a business merger or acquisition connection with a      business merger or acquisition. Any third party to which we transfer or      sell our assets will have the right to continue to use your Personal      Information and the Content in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy;  We may disclose your Personal Information or the Content if      compelled by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if necessary to      enforce our Terms. We may disclose your Personal Information or the      Content if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is permitted by      law or is reasonably necessary to (1) comply with a legal requirement or      process, including, but not limited to, civil and criminal subpoenas,      court orders or other compulsory disclosures; (2) enforce this Privacy      Policy or our Terms; (3) respond to claims of a violation of the rights      of third parties; (4) respond to service inquiries; or (5) protect the      rights, property, or safety of Aplus Labs, our users, visitors or the      public; and/or  We may enable you to connect to your account with other third-party      sites and/or services (each, a “Third Party Account”). By connecting to      the Services with a Third Party Account, you authorize us and the Third      Party Account service provider to share certain Personal Information      about you with each other. We may receive and store information about      you, but not limited to, your user ID associated with your Third Party      Account, and other information that you have permitted the Third Party      service provider to share with us, and any information you have made      public in connection with that Third Party Account. Your use of any Third      Party Account service provider is subject to its terms of service and      privacy policy. You should always review, and if necessary adjust, your      privacy settings on Third Party Account service provider websites and      other services before linking or connecting them to the Service. For purposes ofthis Privacy Policy, the term “Personal Information” shall mean informationwhich personally identifies you (e.g., your name, residential address and emailaddress).Please do notinclude any sensitive financial information, such as any person’s socialsecurity number, passport number, bank account or credit card numbers orpasswords in your communications using the Services or as part of yourRegistration Data or the Content. We do not require such information anddisclaim all liability for the dissemination of such information. “Automatically Collected Information” is information about your use     of the Services. Similar to other services, we record Automatically     Collected Information based on your account activity and use of the     Services. For example, when you use the Services we automatically collect     information on the type of device you use and the device identifier (or     “UDID”). We do this to analyze trends, administer the Services,     troubleshoot any user problems, and to enhance and update the Services. We     may use third parties to help us analyze the Automatically Collected     Information we obtain from you and to help us serve advertisements through     the Services. We may also use the Automatically Collected Information for     our business purposes, such as to report aggregate, non-Personal     Information about the use of the Services..We may collectthe following types of Automatically Collected Information, which we may sharewith third parties to help us operate the Software and Services, such asinvestors, other users business partners:   Aggregated Data. We collect user information and content (including      Content) to compile aggregate data as you use the Services to analyze our      overall user demographics and usage patterns.  Server Logs. We collect information from our server logs. These logs      may include information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser      details, the date and time of your request and certain information about      your usage of the Services.  Cookies, Pixels, Ad Tags, Web Beacons, or Unique Device Identifiers.      We may use advertising technologies such as pixels, ad tags, Web beacons      and unique device identifiers. We may also place a text file called a      “cookie” on your computer. This cookie does not contain personal      information and cannot retrieve personal information from your computer.      Such technologies enable us to relate your use of the Services to information      that you have specifically and knowingly provided. We use such      technologies to track user traffic patterns, analyze our overall user      demographics and usage patterns and serve advertising (except where      prohibited by law) and to authenticate you on to Services. Such      technologies can be used to collect click stream information, browser      type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over.      You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser, but in doing      so you will not be able to use the web version of the Services.  Links. We may track whether links to external websites are followed,      and whether advertisements provided to you are clicked.  Location Tracking. We may collect the physical location of your      mobile device and use it to provide you with personalized location-based      services or content. In some instances, you may be permitted to allow or      deny such use of your device's location, but if you choose to deny such      use, we may not be able to provide you with the applicable personalized      services or content. Your browser mayoffer you a “Do Not Track” option, which allows you to signal to operators ofwebsites and web applications and services (including behavioral advertisingservices) that you do not wish such operators to track certain of your onlineactivities over time and across different websites. The Services do not supportDo Not Track requests at this time, which means that we collect informationabout your online activity both while you are using the Services and after youleave the Services.

HOW DOES APLUS LABS PROTECT CHILDREN’S INFORMATION?
Aplus Labs will never knowingly contactor collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believewe have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we canpromptly remove the information. In order to register and create a Aplus Labsaccount you must be 18 years of age or older. You may, at any time, direct usto delete all identifiable information regarding you that you have provided orthat has been collected from you, unless you have shared such Content withothers and they have not deleted it, or it was copied or stored by other users.To do so, please contact our Privacy Officer at the contact information below.However, if you do any of the foregoing, you will not be able to use your AplusLabs account or the Services.

DO YOU SHARE MY INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?
It is our policy not to share with thirdparties, any Personal Information collected by us, except as set forth above.We do share non-Personal Information (i.e. other Content”) with third partiesas described above and in the Terms. Aplus Labs does not have control over theprivacy policies of payment collection services or other third-party websites.There may be links to other websites and embedded services, such as paymentservices, provided by third parties available from or through the Services. Apayment service provider may receive information related to the payment by youfor the Services without such information having been provided first to us. Anypersonal information you enter is provided directly to that third party and issubject to that third party's privacy policy.California Civil Code Section 1798.83,known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our customers who are Californiaresidents to request and obtain from us a list of what Personal Information (ifany) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in thepreceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties.Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. Under Section1798.83, Aplus Labs currently does not share any personal information withthird parties for their direct marketing purposes.

WILL YOU TRANSFER MY INFORMATION TO A THIRD PARTY?
As Aplus Labs continues to develop itsbusiness, we might sell some or all of its assets to another company inconnection with a business merger or acquisition. In such cases, customerinformation (including your Personal Information and Content) may betransferred to the company who is taking over the Software and Services. Thenew company would be required to protect all the information that we havecollected from its users under the same terms of this Privacy Policy.The information you provide to us mayreveal or allow others to identify aspects of your life that are not expresslystated (for example, your name may reveal your gender). By providinginformation to us when you create your account, you are expressly andvoluntarily accepting the Terms and freely accepting and agreeing to ourprocessing of your information in ways set out by this Privacy Policy.

HOW DO I ACCESS OR CORRECT MY INFORMATION COLLECTED BY APLUS LABS?
As a Aplus Labs user, you will have theopportunity to review and modify your Personal Information any time you logonto your account using an email address and password listed on the account.

WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
The Software and Services may be hostedwithin the United States or within other jurisdictions outside of the UnitedStates. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you consent tothe transfer of your personal data into the United States and such otherjurisdictions when you use the Services. Many regions, such as the EuropeanUnion, have data collection protections that differ from U.S. law.

HOW DOES APLUS LABS MAINTAIN SECURITY?
Aplus Labs is strongly committed toprotecting your information. Aplus Labs uses several industry standard methodsof securing user information and data. We also maintain protective limits onwhom at Aplus Labs and its subcontractors can access the information databasesthat contain your information. Because there is no such thing as perfectsecurity and because of the data risks inherent with Internet and cellularnetworks, we cannot guarantee 100% security. However, in the unlikely case of asecurity breach on our databases, we will take prompt steps to address theproblem. Also, please know that the Internet and cellular networks are notsecure environments, so be careful and select strong passwords.

WILL THERE BE CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY?
We may occasionally update this PrivacyPolicy. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date. For changesto this Privacy Policy that may be materially less restrictive on our use ordisclosure of your personal information, we may attempt to notify you by emailof the change.
